    Hi,

Since the update to v1.12 of the plugin, the Ecomm events are not firing on my websites. I’ve added the gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC to the event, but nothing changed.

The theme should be good because everything was working fine before the update.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

After the v1.13 update I made the changes based on the setup article and the Events are firing now. But the problem is that no revenue is counted in Google Analytics.

I also installed GA4 besides Universal Analytics and even if both of them are firing the Ecomm events, none of them is counting the Revenue. Is there anything I can do?

    Thanks!

I have the same issue. All events are counting except the Revenue

    Hi @dantekavala,

Please post the URL of your website and also let me know how can I place an order without the need to use my bank card.

Solved. It was an issue caused by the GDPR Plugin.

    Hi @grim_cris ,

I’m having the exact same problem and managed to fix it by disabling the GDPR Plugin. Did you by any chance manage to find a way to fix it without disabling the entire plugin?

Was it just caused because of a single blocked cookie or something like that?

    Hi,

Yes, I wrote to the support team from the GDPR Plugin and they helped me to create an exception in Tag Manager in order to configure the Events to fire only if the Cookie Consent was given.

The configuration can be different from one GDPR Plugin to another. I use Complianz Premium. If you use the same plugin, I can show you the fix. ??
