  • You are on www.ads-software.com. www.ads-software.com doesn’t offer sites, its there to offer software, resources and help to people who want to do-it-themselves and set up their own sites using a third party hosting account. Some hosting services include WordPress install software to make getting started easy.

I think you are with wordpress.com, a separate commercial organisation that offers hosting and support to people who like more help and support to be available. I understand that they have some limitations regarding what plugins can be used with their services.

I’ve had a look at their charges:
    https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?ref=support-topnav
and it does look like you will need a wordpress.com business site for ecommerce. I don’t know if that’s WooCommerce or another ecommerce plugin.

Best to ask your questions at wordpress.com if you are with them.

I am not with wordpress.com. I use the wordpress software, but my site isnt live yet.

There are two options when purchasing the softwawre.

Premium – $99 – free blog, a custom domain, advanced customization, no premium themes included, no eCommerce, store dozens of videos, 13 GB of space, no ads, direct email support.
Business – $299 – free blog, a custom domain, advanced customization, 50+ premium themes included, eCommerce, store unlimited videos, unlimited space, no ads, live chat support.

i have the 99$ and host with bluehost.

The two options you describe don’t match Bluehost offerings but are an exact match for wordpress.com options:
    https://store.wordpress.com/plans/

Maybe that’s because I’m being automatically directed to UK sites which may be different to US ones. The UK wordpress.com Business plan offers eCommerce solutions provided by Ecwid and Shopify, not WooCommerce.

Anyway, I think you need to ask where you bought the service. Each vendor will have their own rules.

If you already have a WordPress site, did you try to upload the plugin? What happened?
