    We have installed the plugin and traffic is working perfectly. However, ecommerce conversions are not tracking for some reason. The correct options have been ticked, so it is quite strange. Any ideas please?

    Hi David,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick look of your store and found that you haven’t enabled “Add Global site Tracking Code” option from our plugin. We are using gtag.js so you need to enable it from your it.

    Additionally, We found that your store is having a child theme & as we have mentioned in the description & FAQs, the free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    Thanks for getting back. In our case in particular, JS minification by a cache plugin was causing the issue. We disabled minification and all seems fine now. Once again, thanks ever so much.
