Ecommerce does not import customer addresses to ship by Paypal anymore

Using WP ecommerce and with the 4.3.1 update the shipping info for customers no longer imports to Paypal. I used to be able to click “print shipping label” and their address popped into the Paypal USPS form. Now it says

Sorry, we can’t generate a label for this type of transaction. Try this new shipping label experience or switch to the classic shipping label experience.

Switching does not import shipping info…
