Ecommerce plugin compatibility

  • Good morning,

    I’m interested to use the theme but I can’t find any info about the ecommerce plugin.
    Can I use any ecommerce plugin?
    Another question is about Google Adsense advert, is the header section of the website the only place where it’s possible to show any advert? Are there other portions of the site available to show adverts?
