ecommerce-plugin (woocommerce image appearence) issue – help needed

I am been working on one of the e-commerce website name carolinegoodwin.com) which has the products page called shop. The shopping card images are having problem with height and width at the bottom of the page given below.
I) The products shop home page images links to the shopping cart purchase page, there at the bottom the image sizes are not aligning or fixing like normal (instead the size, height appearing larger than the usual size with blurry.1. https://carolinegoodwin.com/shop/acid-redux-220-count-for-treatment-of-acid-related-conditions/

I need to know whether it’s a plug-in problem or any other technical problem with this regard.
II) Also in the contact us page the drop down menu options naming needs to be done, but only one item can add here instead of multiple (please let me know whether this form action would help to add multiple text additions to the *Choose an option drop down menu option (I would like to add around 15-20 text fields with choose option)

III) Some of the images are unable to load actual colour images, instead when upload these color images are converting into the greyscale (the option unable to disable while uploading)Thanks in advance for the help.
