Economy Select does not show

    Hi,

    I have setup the plugin with my account number which I have for DHL Express Worldwide, 9.00 and 12.00. I also have DHL Economy Select on it but last night (Sunday) the Economy Select did not show in Checkout, only the 3 other alternatives.
    I tried again this morning (Monday) and now Economy Select is showing in checkout.

    Could you help me solve this? I need to have Economy Select showing all the time. Even on weekends.

  • Hi Juicenjoss,

    Please make sure the API returns the particular service by checking debug response. Our plugin designed to work with the only services returned by API.

    Note: The rates also may not coming because of the erratic test servers of DHL. However, the live credentials work fine.

    Hi,

    According to DHL I can only book Economy Select shipments on weekdays and not on weekends.
    Is there a way to change the booking date on weekends to Mondays instead?

    It is something related to DHL. You may need to contact DHL for this.
