And i really wonder instead of giving answer for this question https://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42514 , you people are justifying why the sign in link is better and more secure . But we don’t need sign in link we need default login and register form . So please give solution.

Now Seriously i am worrying that ecwid don’t have customer login and registration form by default .

If you have then please tell how can i add login and registration form from ecwid , please don’t try to justify why sign in link is better

    Hello John,

This is Daria from Ecwid Customer Care Team.

First of all, thank you so much for your message! We really appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us. This helps understand the user experience better. I’d like to ask one more thing: can you provide an example of the perfect sign-in workflow for you and your business? Is it just a standard login/password form or something else? I will pass your feedback to our product management team for review, so we will take it under consideration for future updates. Thank you again.

As for our current workflow, in the following thread: https://www.ecwid.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42514 our support agents already explained that with our new sign-in feature we improved the login for customers in terms of the order history. Also, this way of login via email is considered more secure as only the person who has access to the email can get into the account, etc. I won’t post them here again, as you already read them on our forums. I also see that you contacted us on this matter via live chat and our agent has already enabled the old version of login with email and password for your account using our internal tools, so, please, check it in your store.

I hope this will help! Please, feel free to contact our Customer care team directly via live chat inside your Ecwid Control Panel (“Get help” link) or via email at [email protected]. We will be happy to help you with any requests you may have.

    Thank you!

Thanks for this reply . I really happy that you are considering in a positive way . In my opinion your sign in link is too good and too easy . But people are not familiar with it . Can you show any big or familiar website they are using this technique ?

facebook, wordpress, amzone, twitter, or even in your Ecwid admin panel for login you are asking username[email] and password right ?

After all these what make you think that sign in link is better ? Even in your admin panel also you are not using .

Now i will say opinion . You can keep the normal login register and the new sign in link method also . so people will understand the things and in future we can avoid the classic login

    Thanks for your impact!
