On the site https://webidextrous.com, I’ve installed the EADC plugin but when logged in as administrator and going to the home page, I click the toggle on the bottom left and it opens the popup, but it never fully loads. See screenshot at https://tinyurl.com/2bb8s396

It’s running PHP 8.3, MariaDB 10.6, and is hosted on Pantheon.io. Nothing interesting in the console or PHP logs, either.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @rcwatson,

Thanks for trying the plugin, and I’m sorry that it isn’t working as intended on your site.

We have some general docs about things to check that you can look through here: https://equalizedigital.com/accessibility-checker/accessibility-checker-not-scanning/

Does this site have pretty permalinks and REST API enabled? The most common reason I have seen this is that sites have disabled their REST API access.

Can you look in the network tab of the console for me and see if there are any failed ajax or fetch requests logged and if so what their response codes are?

Also if you visit the editor page for a post does the scanner run and produce data in the metabox we add in the editor?

I now have it working. For some reason it just started working and I don’t know why.

On Live, REST API is enabled.

This site is a Divi site, in case that matters for future issues like this.

I am glad that is is working now for you. I am not sure what exact compatibility issues exist between the plugin and Divi but I will make a point to test the plugin with that specific theme to make sure that there are no conflicts from the theme.

Thanks for letting me know about your problem and that it is now working for you. If you have any other questions or issues feel free to reply on this thread and we will help you out as best as we can.

I had this exact same issue today! The staged copy of my site would load the frontend piece but get stuck saying “Loading”. Then, after a few times of trying it finally resolved itself and seems to be working consistently now.
