    Hi there,
I am currently using the free version of Yoast SEO but considering buying the full version. One thing on my site doesn’t work with the Yoast plugin enabled though. I cannot access Vendor pages (Front-end submission plugin using EDD) that have products assigned:
    https://2018.beats24-7.com/vendor/beats247
I just get an 500 internal server error when trying to access the page. However, I can access pages of vendors that don’t have any products assigned:
    https://2018.beats24-7.com/vendor/testvendor/
If I deactivate Yoast every vendor page works fine, including those who have products assigned. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks in advance!

    Kind regards
    Valentine

Can you please confirm you are using the most recent Yoast v6.3? You can learn more about updating here: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/

The error also may be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:

    1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
    2. Check for conflicts.
    3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.
If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.

If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.

    Thanks for your reply.
    1. The issue doesn’t persist when I deactivate Yoast
    2. Installed the Health Check plugin and entered troubleshoot mode. The vendor page that wasn’t working did work at first but after enabling a few plugins the Health Check plugin crashed and didn’t display every plugin in the dropdown menu anymore. Couldn’t enable more than 4 plugins. After enabling my theme with that plugin it crashed the whole site. I cannot use the troubleshoot mode any longer as it crashes the complete site and even with deleting it via ftp now it doesn’t work. I was able to access my site again for a short amount of time but after trying to manually disable another plugin it crashed my whole site. I am not able to login anymore or do anything. This messed up just everything…. and I need to re-load a backup…..

This looks like a plugin conflict. If everything is updated to their latest version (Yoast SEO 6.3, WordPress 4.9.4 and your front-end submission plugin) and you are getting the same issue, we suggest creating an issue report for our developers on GitHub here. You may need an account to post. If you are not sure how to create an issue report, this guide explains more: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report/.
You may also contact the developer of the other plugin and have them work with our developers directly through this GitHub repository to find a solution that won’t conflict.

    Hey there,
I finally found out what the problem is. Activating Facebook Open Graph meta data and Twitter card meta data crashes the vendor page on my site (it’s loading to death, internal server error 500). Is it possible to deactivate these two options on a single page only instead of globally? If so, what function do I need to add? Thanks in advance.
