EDD puts its users first

The people behind EDD have clearly put a lot of thought into making life easier for their users. The plugin is lightweight, but allows tons of flexibility through its many add-ons. The EDD support forums are completely open, so its easy to go and see that users are given quality attention and answers on hundreds of topics.

I have reached out to EDD for help on *really hard* topics over several channels. I never failed to get a fast response that was personal and helpful. Easy Digital Downloads is WordPress at its best. Thanks for the great support!
