EDD RCP and Free Download

Hi,

I liked this plugin, but there is something that I am wondering now regarding the use of the Free Download shortcode with Restrict Content Pro and EDD Restrict Content Pro Member Discounts.

Here is my scenario:

We have a subscription-based website where users can purchase individual products or become a member to download products for free ($0). I thought I can use this plugin to bypass the checkout page for members, so they just can see the File List and download the products for free.

If the user is a member we’d display the shortcode provided in your Free Download plugin.

Restrict Content Pro is being used with EasyDigitalDownload (EDD) however I am receiving a message saying “You do not have permission to download this file”.

At a glance, it makes sense because the discount is not applied by EDD but instead it is applied by the plugin “Easy Digital Downloads – Restrict Content Pro Member Discounts”.

I was wondering if you have any advice how to use the free download plugin for members who have 100% discount, hence the price will be $0. Will be great to have support for this.
