EDD You are not allowed to submit a ticket

In my store I am using EDD . If I change the default user customer to support user , Will that conflict with EDD ? I got your article https://getawesomesupport.com/question/users-get-you-do-not-have-the-capacity-to-open-a-new-ticket/ .
