Can you please tell me you do not want to use the plugin and want to delete all data associated to it?

If yes, Kindly navigate to Plugin Settings > Misc Tab. Now check the box named “Remove Data on Uninstall?”

Now go to Plugins page, deactivate it. Once deactivated simply click of ‘Delete’ link of plugin.

The above process will remove all the data generated by EDD.

I don’t want to delete all data, just payment notes in the comments section, which doesn’t seem entirely necessary. I deactivated the plugin for debugging.

Yes, I have read the issue. Temporary you can get get rid of these by simple trick.

Navigate to comment screen. You can see “All Comment Types” dropdown. Kindly chose “Comments” and press filter so error will be displayed.
