[Edge] Button to browse files does not work

When adding a new file in Microsoft Edge you can only drag a file over from the Windows Explorer to the [Upload] panel in the Download Manager plugin.
In Chrome and Firefox you can press the button to open a browse dialog, that does not work in Edge.

Tested this bug on multiple computers on the same website. Can someone please confirm this same bug on their computer with a different website that runs this plugin?
