Edit 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc pages of post templates

    So I’m wanting to edit my template so it shows ads on every page of posts that aren’t the first page. So example, I have a post and am using the <!--nextpage--> code to have 4 pages. I want to make it so my ads only show on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th pages. What file do I have to edit to achieve this?
