    This might be really simple. Let’s say I draw a rectangle over my image. After creating this rectangle, I can’t seem to figure out how to change the line thickness or its corner radius later, or whether or not it is filled. It gives me an option to change only the line color. The only way I can change other properties is by deleting and starting over again.

    Also, is there a way to blur an image outside of a circle? The blur tool seems to operate inside the circle only.

    @asarangan In WP Paint after drawing a rectangle, you can only change the color, position, height, width, opacity and alignment angle. The radius and size of the rectangle has to be defined before drawing the shape.

    And the Blur tool supports blurring inside the circle shape only.
