I have WooCommerce, Printify, and Stripe payment plugins. I have Printify products and my own line of manually shipped products. This only occurs with my own products. In the checkout, if the user edits a previously entered address, the shipping changes to “There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.” After a refresh, the user can check out. I have free shipping on “USA” and “Everywhere else” for my products. Prinitfy’s plugin overrides shipping prices just for their products on a separate shipping section and also ships everywhere.

I’m not sure what’s causing this, but it’s holding up a few international orders, so have to solve ASAP. Thanks!

Edit: I’ve just tried troubleshooting mode and the source appears to be Printify Shipping Method plugin. If there is a Printify Product in the cart, any edits to the address or Printify product’s shipping method causes the other item’s (my non-printify product) shipping to change to “There are no shipping options available. Please check your shipping address.”

    Hello rhetoral,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

It sounds like the issue you’re experiencing involves multiple plugins interacting with each other.

To help me investigate further, could you please share:
    – A product URL that includes both a Printify product and one of your manually shipped products.
    – The specific address I can use to reproduce the issue on your site.

Additionally, please provide your System Status Report (found under WooCommerce > Status).
This will give me a better understanding of your site setup and help guide you toward a solution.

Looking forward to your response. ??
