Edit Automatic Customer Note (remove product details)

    Hi,
    I am wondering if it’s possible to change the default ShipStation customer note. Instead of:
    “Product Title (SKU) x 1, Product Title (SKU) x 1, Product Title (SKU) x 1, shipped via USPS on September 8, 2020 with tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.”

    I would just like it to say:
    “Shipped via USPS on September 8, 2020 with tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.”

    Let me know how I would go about doing this.

    Hi @jvolvovski ,

    Out of the box, there isn’t a functionality of changing customer notes included with the ShipStation extension. It can be done via customization though. For customization, I recommend collaborating with a developer locally or with someone from our customizations page – https://woocommerce.com/customizations
