Edit below-entry-meta content

Hello,

I want to edit the content below the image – the sections in below-entry-meta in the single post layout. I want to remove the div showing the tag data and add the page hits with eye icon which will be taken from this plugin: AJAX Hits Counter + Popular Posts Widget
We can use the shortcode: [hits].
