    Hello!
    I would like to just add to the Access Denied message to request that users make an account to view the page…but I can’t find anywhere to edit the message.
    TIA for any help…

    Hi, which feature in our plugin have you enabled because I don’t recall our plugin controlling the Access Denied message. This message is related to file permissions for the folder you are trying to access.

    Kind regards.

    Hello,
    Thanks for your help. When I restrict a page using Simple Membership so that you have to be logged in to view it, the Access Denied message comes up for a non-logged in user; which is great, but I want to add on to the message. Do you know how I do that?
    I am restricting a page, not a file or folder. If you click on the link the message should come up. If this is not the correct area to post this question–what would be the appropriate group under Support?
    Thank you,
    ~Kelly

    Hi,

    the Access Denied message comes up for a non-logged in user;

    Unfortunately this is not coming from our plugin. I tested this today in my dev site to make sure the protection of pages and post displays the correct message. You might be running another membership or security protection plugin in your site.

    The following documentation provides information about content protection.

    https://simple-membership-plugin.com/apply-content-protection/

    Let me know if the above helps you.

    Thank you.
