“Edit Chat Plugin” settings are not applied to the website

For instance, ‘Prominence’ is set to ‘Icon’ but the welcome message still pop-ups ??
I added “greeting_dialog_display=’hide'” to the plugin (“facebook-messenger-customer-chat.php”), but does not work.

FAQs are not applied. It shows the settings (FAQS) from Business Suite. Which would be fine for me, but now the answers are not given if someone clicks on the question in the chat :((
