It seems there might be a configuration issue related to your LMS checkout page in WooCommerce. There are two possibilities:

1. The LMS checkout page might be set as your primary checkout page for WooCommerce.
2. The WooCommerce checkout page might be serving as the checkout option for your LMS pages.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m currently installing on XAMPP so I can’t view the live version.
I followed the instructions exactly, but the Checkout section still appears below.
As you said in point 1. The LMS checkout page can be set as the main checkout page for WooCommerce. How can I turn this off?

You need to recheck the Woocommerce checkout page configurations and make sure that the actual checkout page doesn’t include extra elements. The best way will be to deactivate extra plugins and caching tools and re-create new checkout page from a scratch. If newly created page will include again two checkout forms, please provide your email, we will contact you and check your site directly from your live staging site
