Edit CSS Style dialog drop-downs not showing

Similar to this thread, the drop-downs on the Edit CSS Style dialog are not working for me.
Chrome’s console returns the following error when loading the dialog:
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘_add’
tinyMCEPopup._onDOMLoadedWordPress: 3.5
TinyMCE Advanced: 3.5.8
Theme: Twenty Twelve
