Edit Custom links

I installed Gallery Custom links https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-gallery-custom-links/
and when I try to build a gallery I don’t see the new edit box with the line insert custom URL. I activated the plug in and I expected that would enhance the original Gallery. I am trying use pictures with custom links to my SmugMug galleriesThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
