Edit customer emails

    did you change .po file or php ?

    text from customer emails are loaded from po file, so just copy statement which you want to edit. download .po file , open it with poedit(software) ctrl+f , paste your statement and change it. save, and upload back po and mo file

    i dont see the problem, or i didnt understand your problem :/
