When I create a gift certificate through the admin panel, I receive the email just fine, but the e-mail does not include a link to my website or my website URL, just information about the gift certificate and it only includes the name of my site. Is there a way to edit the e-mail template that it sends?

Also, is there a way to set up the automatically generated gift card code to fit the parameters I desire OR a way to modify the plugin so that it allows me to put in my own gift card code BEFORE I send it to the recipient’s e-mail. I like to use GC##### format gift card codes and would be ideal if it would auto generate a 5 digit numeric code after the letters GC.

On a side note, this is an amazing feature and is truly appreciated!!!

Thank you for the email. I have updated the plugin to include the URL for your site so that people can access it from the card. As for the other features I am looking into ways to offer these features.

@larbroad I have added a new plugin on my site that will allow you to edit the format of the gift card. If you are interested in adding that you can get it at https://wp-ronin.com/downloads/woocommerce-gift-cards-customize-gift-card/

Thank you very much, very awesome. I will let you know if I run into any problems! I really appreciate you taking the time to do this.

    Hey,

Does the above plugin you created allow to edit the email template? I used your older version of the giftcard plugin and was able to find the place in the files to edit the template and it worked beautifully. Then I updated it and now I cannot find the place to do that. Before I was able to add pics and instructions on how to redeem their gift certificate and now I cannot do any of that. Please let me know what my options are or if the above plugin you created solves this problem. I really need to be able to add graphics, urls, and instructions to make it fit my needs. I actually tried to revert back to the older version of the plugin but it does not seem to work anymore, probably because of wordpress updates. I am limited on time to make this work so please reply as soon as you can. Otherwise, great plugin! Thank you in advance.
