edit email template order ref and date text

    Hi there,

    Im trying to change the part on the WooCommerce emails where it shows order number and date.

    I want to change

    [Order #8658] (August 2, 2022)

    to

    [Booking Ref: #8658] (Booking Date: August 2, 2022)

    Can anyone help
