Edit Employee Bug / Request Leave Bug

Hello.
We’re running Version 2.3 on WordPress Version 5.2.4 and seeing the following errors.
Edit Profile
On the frontend, my profile. Clicking edit opens the modal but it doesn’t finish loading – just shows the loading spinner. In the JavaScript console can see the following error:

On the frontend leave request form, clicking request leave button opens the modal.The form laods, when you fill it out to complete a request an alert box opens with Object Object.Thanks,
