Hope you can help.
My “edit event” page is displaying incorrectly and the “bookings” detail is not showing names at all when I go in to look at the bookings. This means I can’t amend any bookings.

I have updated word press and EM plugin to current versions and also tried turning off all plugins and changing to TwentyNineteen theme, but it still doesn’t work.
Any suggestions?

Hi there

Link attached – hope you can see it.

Also booking online not working as can’t add names in and booking on dashboard not working as can’t manually add booking. Would appreciate a quick response on this.

Hello,

Please try and Install WP Safe Mode (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-safe-mode/)
– Activate and Enable Safe Mode. Please make sure that on the settings a twenty series theme is selected.
– When activated it would help you test as if the Webiste only plugin activated is EM and twentyseries theme

From your screenshot in which Attendee is not showing? Are you using the a Pro Version with Attendee Booking form enabled? If you’re using a Pro, Please do submit it on our Pro Support Forum. If you’re not using the Attendee Booking form, Then the booking details would appear at top of page
