you can try to modify template file at events-manager/templates/tables/events.php

to use template: https://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/

I was able to change

<a class="row-title" href="<?php echo esc_url($EM_Event->get_edit_url()); ?>"><?php echo esc_html($EM_Event->event_name); ?></a>

to

<a class="row-title" href="<?php echo esc_url($EM_Event->get_permalink()); ?>"><?php echo esc_html($EM_Event->event_name); ?></a>
