Edit Featured Post – Sticky

Hello everyone!

In my theme I choose q posts as “Sticky” in addition to being set at the top are highlighted in yellow.

Anyone know how to modify the “Sticky” for the post q appear equally prominent but normal order of publication?

I spent a link to the forum theme creator I use q, which sets out the subject matter, although it resolved q gives no clues. Q I hope some of you can resolve this issue and take a hand.

I hope to have many of these prominent and important post q these are not anchored in the index gradually disappear if not accordant q be published ..
