Edit fields and translate ‘send me a copy’

Hello,

First, I’d like to know if i could edit the contact form fields – in or outside the box, as messages repeat themselves:

Your name: [your name]
Your email: [your email] and so on…

And second, I noticed that ‘send me a copy’ option cannot be translated. I’m using the plugin in Spanish and would like it in that language.
