Edit form fields for “register for an event”

  • Hi

    While on the event detail page and clicking at the button “Register for this event”, the following form fields appear:
    – Name
    – Email

    How do I add more fields to this form? The goal is to have these fields:
    – Name
    – First name
    – Email
    – Company (optional)
