    Hi Zamfeer.

    Our plugin gets the field labels from mailchimp.

    Go to your list in Mailchimp, click on the gear button and select Forms and Fields > List Data. There you can edit the Field Labels. Hit save after you’re done editing the field labels and then go back to your site.

    Go to Mailchimp Forms > Manage List Forms and hit the “Import List Data” button. After that it should show your new labels.
