Edit function is broken with ACF

I have been testing your plugin and have found that there is a bug with Advanced Custom Fields. WPC only works properly in the standard content editor. When adding columns in an ACF HTML editor field, inserting the columns works okay, but you are unable to edit the content after inserting. It defaults to editing columns in the main content editor, if there are any. (Also note, with ACF, you may have multiple custom HTML fields)

Also, on WordPress 4.4.2, if the container width is set at 100% in the WPC settings, it breaks the popup iFrame editor. It does not in an older version I have running. It would be nice to have a fluid 100% width row or specify a container width like 900px.
