since one of the last updates, either wordpress or the newsletter plugin when you edit a newsletter and switch to source code you only see the body part, no more the head part. quite crucial, because thus you can’t insert any custom css anymore. anybody knows how to fix this?

Hi using a theme the head part is preserved… could you help me with the steps to reproduce the problem?

Hi, just checked the newsletter in the ticket and the head is there, just use the button “switch editor”, do not use the visual editor HTML tool since the visual editor cannot control the HTML outside the body, it knows only that part.

you mean: never switch back to visual? the css s still there…i just can’t access it.

No, you can switch the edit as many times you want to change from the visual editing of the email body and the full html editing.

    hi stefano,

really weird. without having changed anything…now i see our css in the source editor again…maybe wordpress or plugins auto-updated…well looking good now, thank you!

    cheers
