Edit Homepage Call to Action Button on Hover

    After searching through the forum, I decided to post my question, so I apologize if my question has been asked before; I must have missed it.

    I am trying to change the color of the call to action button on the homepage of the Arcadia Basic theme when a user hovers over it. I have changed characteristics of the site title and description as well other elements but the hover on the “See More” button has me stumped. Does anyone have any advice?
