Unwanted script showing

    Hi,

    after several attempts, I could not resolve the issue I’m encountering with my store. Any products added will not show the description and prices unless I manually change the text/font color of the column in which the product is showing.
    After changing the color though, a piece of code starts showing which says “ ’ Widgets=’Productbrowser’] “

    I’m currently using Astra as a theme.

    I believe it is possibly a conflict with Astra and I don’t know how to resolve this without having to ditch one or the other.

  • Hi there!

    Most likely, you currently use the Otter plugin for WordPress, and the issue is caused by the conflict between the Ecwid and Otter plugins.

    As a workaround, you can edit the store page in WordPress dashboard and disable the “Enable Block Condition Module” option in the Otter plugin settings (screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/0QmrAL).

    We’ve also reported this issue to our developers and we’re investigating it.
