Edit image to Post/Page goes FULL SCREEN

  • Hi there, I have a number of blogs and only one have this issue.

    When we try to add an image to the blog either a post or page the add image window is usually a pop up however on this particular blog it goes full screen and then when “ADD TO POST” is selected we get nothing but a white blank screen.

    It is not limited to a browser or platform…does the same thing on a MAC and PC. Tried to eliminate plugins with no luck.

    Any suggestions. Blog is cfmarketinginc.com, running WordPress 3.0.1

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the memory available to PHP?

    Added Plugin MEMORY BUMP and reset all plugins…reenable them all and all OK for now

    What a pain in the backside though
