Edit job posting on front end

Hi,
When I preview a job posting I can click the link to edit it and it goes back to the front end editing which is great. However if I submit the job and later want to edit it and click edit on the backend I get the backend editor which doesn’t look half as good.

Is there a way it will take me to the front-end page to edit when selecting in the back-end?
