    Hello,

I have this plugin installed in WP Multisite. Creating a Map by name works and the maps show up with the tabs. My API is working fine because the default map on install shows up on my site.

The problem I’m having is that I cannot edit the map settings (e.g. Map Options, Markers, Polygons, etc). When I click the map name (Or click “Add New Map), none of the settings show values. In the screenshot below, you can see that the sections are all expanded, but there are no actual settings.

    Thank you!

  • Dear @415philip , before examinig this issue, do you mind if I clear up on how you installed the plugin on multi-site?

Please check if you did all correct

    1) deactivate plugin from main site
    2) activate on other sites
    3) activate on main site

In most cases wrong installation cause different problems, so please check this and inform me

Hello. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps.

I initially installed the plugin by accessing the “Network Admin” plugins page; clicked “Add New”; then installed “Google Map” at the network level.

    I have performed the following:

    1. Deactivated the plugin from the Network Admin plugin list (Network Deactivate)
    2. Deactivated from all sites
After verifying it was deactivated everywhere I then did the following
    3. Activated this plugin on all sites
After activate on each sub-site, I checked and had the same problem. Then I
    4. Activated the plugin from the Network Admin (Network Activate).

I then confirmed the above by deactivating and uninstalling the plugin, then reinstalling from the Network Admin page. Each sub-site has their own list of maps.

I still have the same problem where the options lists are not showing when editing map.. I also checked with other sub-sites and am having the same issue.

Additionally, I tried accessing the site using another browser (usually use Chrome and tried FireFox). Still the same.

Thanks for helping. What should we check next?
