Edit messages on profile page

    The profile page for registered/logged in users shows a different welcome message at the top of the page that’s dynamically generated and changes depending on the user’s status. Can we change the text that appears? As far as I’ve been able to tell, it’s built into the Profile shortcode, but I can’t seem to find the right place to make any changes to it.
