Edit name in standard fields

    Hi
    I want to translate forms in to Chinese. So I copied the English form in to a new form then copy and paste Chinese texts in to English.
    But I cannot edit/delete standard field, such as ‘name’, ’email’ ‘subject’. I want them to be in Chinese.
    Please let me know how I can edit those fields? Thank you.
