edit new WP template for existing site

  • I am trying to update an existing WordPress website with a new theme. Is this possible to save and continually edit it without effecting current site? please help! I am new to this!

  • No. Your best bet is to clone your existing site into a subdomain or even into a localhost environment, and do your experimenting there.
