    Hi all,

I’ve recently moved my Sela themed blog from wordpress.com to a self-hosted solution. I have read through previous posts on this forum and found a lot of answers to my problems (thank you for that!), however I can’t figure out how to change the “older posts” string at the bottom of my posts.

This is how it used to look on wordpress.com

As you can see it was translated and it also looked like a very nice button. Once you click on it then new posts load.

Any thoughts on how to do this?

    Thank you,
    Laura

Hi Laura, the first thing to check is whether your WordPress install is set to Italian under Settings > General. Could you please confirm and we’ll take it from there.

Could you provide a link to your self-hosted site if possible?

    Hi Kathryn,

The WP install is indeed in Italian. Everything is correctly localized except for that string.

    Here is the website: https://travellingexpat.com

    Thank you!

Ah, I see what the difference is – your WordPress.com site is using the Infinite Scroll “click to scroll” functionality.

You can get the same effect by activating the Infinite Scroll module in Jetpack, which I see you’re already running.

Let me know if that does the trick – I just tested it on my test site running Sela and the button displays in Italian.

Ooooh there it is! I’ve looked everywhere but the Jetpack settings. Thanks a million ??
