• Hi everyone ! Before starting, I am French, I live in Ukraine, I speak English but I will use the translator

    You are my last hope!

Indeed, I may ask for help from Elementor support, I have had 3 different agents, I have reported important things twice, they do not read previous messages and send me macros

I searched everywhere on the net, I looked in English and in French, I did not find people with my problem

This is it: I migrated a client’s site to a new server, the whole site works perfectly, everything is fine, EXCEPT! When I want to edit an Elementor page, the page stays blank with ONLY the word “Loading” displayed, but nothing happens

Of course, I tried the traditional disconnection of plugins one by one, change of theme, etc, even if I know that it is not that since everything worked before the migration

I also checked that I changed my Urls (it was the same), I regenerated my CSS files, I activated the editor permutator, I tried to duplicate a page to see if this applied to new pages, I tried everything, everything I found on the net, and I probably forgot about it!

I asked Elementor support not to deactivate the theme, as well as the plugins, which I had already done overnight, because it is the site of a union linked to the French government, so I cannot not cut it like this!

But I never have the same agent, they repeat themselves endlessly, without reading the old mails, so I did not advance after more than 7 mails!

I only have support here and help from strangers

I think it’s a problem with the url of a folder which is not in the same place as the old version of the other server, but I don’t know where to start, where to look, what to modify

If someone could help me, refer me, would be great

thank you very much and good day

@anthorfacte2019 This is an important question: are you an Elementor customer?

Hi Jan, thanks for answered me

I have Elementor pro. I have reported three times that I did what they say to do before contacting them, disconnecting the plugins, changing the theme, etc., but each time I have a nice macro that asks me to do it. I did not advance. I do not understand why it is not the same agent who processes the same ticket, for me it does not make sense

If someone can help me, give me a lead, a person who had the same problem, I say a big THANK YOU

    Hi,

Since you are using our Pro features on your website, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

www.ads-software.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
