Edit or Create New Post's Content and Terms

Hi.
Thank you for this great plugin. I need an example for editing and creating new post; moreover on how to implement the .json file (based on the Getting Started documentation at Github) with the new content, slug, terms (category, post_tag) and featured_image. I’ve tried various way, but nothing seems to work.
