Hello. Thank you for this plugin. Just a notice, i can’t edit a custom fild in order page. I had a customer that put a wrong mobile number (my custom field) and ask me to edit it. I couldn’t edit it. Probably after the last WordPress and Woocommerce update. I dont know. Great plugin anyway.

  • Hey,

You should try resetting the plugin’s setting by clicking “Reset section settings” in right-hand corner on the configuration page. It usually helps with such problems.

No. it didn’t fixed the problem. I still can′t edit visitors/customers email in the admin order page.

But in the other hand, now i lose all my costumers mobile data because “mobile” is a custom field.

Is that a way to recover those data?

OK. I recovered the data by PhpMyAdmin. Inspect the actual Field Element by Internet Browser to see the field ID.

Later i went to PHPMyAdmin e search where are the old field ID. i found it in two tables:

    wpfs_postmeta
    wpfs_usermeta

Later a searched the actual field in the PHPMyAdmin and found the place to change:

    wpfs_options

So, in this table, i changed the actual field ID to the old field ID.

PS: if the field change the character lenght you need to change the number of letter in this peace of database code in front “s:23” of the field ID.

    I think is everything ok.

But like i said in the beginning of this topic, i cant edit the custom field in the order admin page.

Can you provide a screenshot? Are you getting any errors?

As we haven’t got any reply from dgulias, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
