Edit page is different from the view page

Hi,
I have a page on my site which, when I view the page, shows the image completely different to the image entered into the WordPress “Edit Page” area.
My page should show a small image aligned to the left- however it’s showing a very huge image in the view page.

In my Edit Page screen, both in visual & html modes, I see the right size of the image. Even I shrink the image to the smallest size, it’s still showing way too big.

What might cause the Page Edit area?
I can’t understand why this is happening.
I would appreciate any help!
